Women's Black Sheepskin Leather Hooded Coat

This black sheepskin leather coat is finished with an oversized hood lined for extra softness, a full front zip closure, and a soft insulated interior. Two side hand-warmer pockets, adjustable waist buckle tabs, and fold-over cuffs complete the regular-fit design.

Made from 100% genuine sheepskin leather. Avoid prolonged exposure to rain or damp and keep away from direct heat, use a dedicated leather cleaner and conditioner periodically, and store on a padded hanger away from direct sunlight; do not machine wash.

The adjustable buckle tabs and fold-over cuffs are finished to hold their shape through repeated wear, while the insulated hood and lining are built for genuine cold-weather use rather than show. It's a coat suited to being worn through winter after winter rather than one season.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your HAXRAN order. Eligible standard products may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused and undamaged, with original tags attached where applicable and original packaging intact.

To request a return, please contact info@haxranfirm.co.uk before sending your item back. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

RETURN POSTAGE

Customers are responsible for return postage costs when returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection or another reason that is not the result of an error by HAXRAN.

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us before returning it. Where appropriate, HAXRAN will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return postage costs.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning an item.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.

EXCHANGES

If you would like a different size, colour or product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Where appropriate, the quickest way to receive a replacement may be to return your original item and place a new order.

Bespoke, personalised, altered and made-to-order HAXRAN Concierge pieces are made specifically to your requirements and are not normally returnable for a change of mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to items that are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or supplied incorrectly.
